Because we’ve kept the balance between mobile home and pitch rentals, because we’ve opted for a natural, wooded environment, and because we’re careful to limit noise pollution for your comfort, your stay at our campsite is sure to delight you and bring you complete satisfaction.
Whichever accommodation you choose, you’ll enjoy a natural, wooded natural, wooded environment and enjoy the comfort and safety of a 3-star campsite all year round. With 34 mobile homes and 66 pitches for caravans, motorhomes and tents, our campsite has preserved the friendly, family atmosphere typical of a human-scale campsite. Less than 6 km away, you’ll find quick access to Montpellier city center via tramway line 3, or by bike along the cycle paths that will also take you to the beaches of Palavas or Carnon.
If you’re looking for peace and quiet, relax by the pool and let the sun, nature and the song of the cicadas do the rest. For those who prefer country walks, the Méjean nature reserve just a few steps from the campsite will delight you and give you a foretaste of the Camargue. Forget the car! The proximity of the shops means you can go for a run. Our team is at your service throughout your stay, ensuring your comfort, your peace of mind and your family’s safety.

Campsite 5 km from the sea in Hérault
Our campsite, close to the Mediterranean Sea, is on the road from Montpellier to the beaches of Palavas, Carnon and La Grande Motte. In less than 15 minutes by car, you’ll be toweling up on the Mediterranean beaches and sinking into warm, clear water. Most of our beaches have the Pavillon Bleu label, a guarantee of quality and safety. If you’re a sporty type, you can reach the beaches via the cycle paths that surround the campsite. The time you spend there will depend on your pedal speed – it’s all flat!

Your entertainment
at the Lattes campsite
Just because you’re looking for peace and quiet doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy the various activities and entertainment we offer in high season. Every weekday from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. (except weekends) we organize workshops for children aged 6 to 12, including our legendary treasure hunt.
Every Wednesday and Sunday afternoon, you can sign up for our pétanque tournament followed by a convivial aperitif, or enjoy a game of ping pong or table soccer with friends or family.
From the second dekad of July to the penultimate week of August, you’ll be able to take part in the musical evenings or shows we offer two or even three times a week: don’t miss our Tuesday night karaoke!
Close to the campsite, our partner Parenthèse offers preferential rates for a game of mini golf or outdoor laser tag with your children.
Ecologically committed campsite
Because we’ve been committed to an eco-responsible approach for several years, in 2020 we reached the ultimate level ofzero phyto commitment , i.e. healthy soil without any pesticides on the entire surface of the campsite.
We pursued our commitment by joining the “Committed to Plants” Charter, and by December 2023 had reached level 2 of the charter (on a scale of 3).

Our aquatic area in Lattes includes the swimming pool, open from April 1ᵉʳ until late September or mid-October, and a paddling pool for the little ones, open from June. The pool water is heated to 28° throughout the opening period.

We offer 3 ranges of mobile homes for rent: the nature range, the comfort range and the grand confort range.
All our mobile homes are located in our shady park and have a terrace with garden furniture and a parking space.
The nature range (without sanitary facilities) combines the charm of a tent with the comfort of a mobile home. Ideal for a first discovery of camping, your accommodation budget will be lightened.
Comfort range mobile homes come with all the equipment you need for a great vacation: living room with kitchenette, separate bedroom(s), shower room, toilet, TV, etc. They offer excellent value for money.
The advantages of mobile homes in the grand confort range: more spacious, large terrace, air conditioning (optional), mosquito netting and blackout curtains, all recent (less than 5 years old) they offer the pleasure of modernity.

Are pets allowed in all areas of the campsite?
Yes, dogs are allowed on the campsite with the agreement of the management. They must be notified at the time of booking and must be kept on a lead.
Visitors’ dogs are not allowed on the campsite.
Is the pool heated?
Yes, the main pool is heated from April to mid-October, with a minimum water temperature of 28°.
Shorts or swimsuits are compulsory, to the exclusion of all other clothing.
Are visitors allowed on the campsite?
Yes, in principle visitors are allowed on the campsite with the agreement of the management.
They must present themselves at reception and leave a piece of identification.
They may be refused entry to the campsite in the event of overcrowding.
Visitors do not have access to the swimming pool and gym.
What time are arrivals and departures?
For mobile homes, arrivals are from 3 p.m. and departures before 11 a.m.
For pitches, except in July and August, arrivals can be made in the morning or from 3 p.m. in the afternoon, departures before noon.
In July and August, arrivals are only possible from 2 p.m. onwards.
Is it possible to rent a mobile home all year round?
No, we don’t rent mobile homes all year round.
We offer a long-stay package at a special rate from September to June.
