THE BACK COUNTRY

Between the Mediteranean sea and the Cévennes, all the back country of Hérault is worth seing it ! You will be able to stroll in the gorges of Hérault where you will have to stop, either to visit the very nice village of Saint-Guilhem le Désert, or admire the surprising Clamouse et Demoiselles caves ....
